Our mission is to provide up-to-date and informative news and information for the
current and prospective homeowners and residents of the Forest Springs subdivision.
Established in 1969 Forest Springs is a 670 lot restricted subdivision in Polk county.
Forest Springs offers the pace of rural life with the convenience of nearby city
amenities. Located 8 miles south of Livingston Texas on Hwy 146 we are just less
than an hour to Houston, Lufkin and Huntsville.
The Forest Springs Property Owners Association consists of a Board of Directors
of volunteers who handle all aspects of governing the subdivision including maintenance,
collection of annual dues and deed restriction enforcement. Please visit our contacts list

Invoices for dues will be mailed out at the end of December 2021 and will be due beginning January 1, 2022.
It is your responsibility to make sure that we have your correct mailing address. 2022 late fees are as follows:
